Membership application
Completion of the membership application form is an online process. To complete it, click here. The form will open in a new tab. Be sure to indicate the type of membership. If you select “Complimentary” we will verify that you qualify for it.
Annual Dues are $25 for Individual and $35 for Family Memberships. Each member of the family
must fill out separate form. Dues can also be sent by Paypal, note on the form if you do this. An additional fee of $1.40(single) or 1.40(family) will be added for PayPal processing if payment is given via that method.
