These documents were compiled from a variety of sources, most from the archives of the RACES Bulletins put out by the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services.

Sources of other information are credited within each document.  These and many more of interest are available via anonymous ftp at ftp.ucsd.edu/hamradio/races

While these documents might be considered 'old', most of the material is just as relevant today as it was 15-20 years ago when the documents were written.
